Telegram Gift Crafting
Crafting is a Telegram feature launched on February 8, 2026 that lets you combine up to four collectible gifts into a new gift of a higher rarity tier — Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary — with exclusive artwork that cannot be obtained any other way. Failed attempts burn all committed gifts.
What is gift crafting?
Crafting is a mechanic in Telegram that combines several collectible (upgraded NFT) gifts into one new gift of a higher tier. The result features original artwork and effects that are unobtainable through regular gift upgrades, making crafted gifts a separate class of collectibles.
How does crafting work?
You select up to four collectible gifts in the crafting interface and start the craft. The outcome is probabilistic: on success you receive a new gift in one of four tiers — Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary. Telegram has not published the exact success odds.
What happens if crafting fails?
The input gifts are consumed either way — this is the burn mechanic. A failed craft means you lose everything you committed, so never craft with gifts you are not prepared to lose.
How do you improve crafting odds?
Two levers are confirmed by Telegram: adding more gifts (up to four) increases the chance of success, and using gifts with matching attributes — the same model, backdrop or symbol — makes those attributes more likely to carry over into the crafted result.
Which gifts can be crafted?
Crafting launched with support for a limited set of collections (initially Jingle Bells and Desk Calendars) and Telegram expands the list over time. The crafting interface in the app always shows which of your gifts are currently craftable.
Is crafting worth it?
Crafting is a high-risk trade: you exchange several cheaper gifts for a chance at a rarer, exclusive one. Since inputs burn on failure and official odds are unpublished, the practical approach is to craft with duplicate or low-value gifts and treat any Epic or Legendary result as a bonus, not an expectation.
